Miami Family Club provides family-oriented services and programs, including but not limited to:

• day camps and overnight camps
• family camping trips

3. Registration and Participation

By registering for any MFC program or activity, you confirm that:

• you are authorized to register yourself and any participating family members
• you understand that certain programs may involve physical activity, outdoor conditions, transportation, travel, shared accommodations, or other group participation environments

Parents or legal guardians remain fully responsible for their children during family events and family programs unless otherwise clearly stated in writing for a specific program.

4. Payments

All payments must be made in accordance with the terms provided at the time of registration or booking.

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your registration, booking, or participation.

5. Membership

Membership purchases are subject to separate Membership Terms, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.

6. Travel and Third-Party Providers

Some MFC services may include or rely on third-party providers such as:

• cruise lines
• hotels, resorts, campgrounds
• transportation providers, tour operators
• activity vendors, event venues

Miami Family Club acts as an organizer, community host, or travel service facilitator where applicable, but is not responsible for acts, omissions, cancellations, delays, injuries, losses, or policy changes caused by third-party providers. Any third-party bookings may also be subject to the provider’s own terms and conditions, cancellation rules, and liability policies.

7. Program Changes / Cancellations

We reserve the right to modify event schedules, change locations or programming, substitute vendors or venues, reschedule or cancel activities, limit participation, or refuse service where necessary for safety, operations, or business reasons.

8. Conduct and Community Standards

Miami Family Club reserves the right to deny participation, remove attendees, or suspend access to services or membership if behavior is unsafe, disruptive, abusive, inappropriate, or harmful to the community, staff, children, or other participants.

9. Photos and Videos

Participation in MFC events, camps, trips, and programs is subject to our Photo / Media Consent Policy, unless written opt-out is submitted in advance where applicable.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, designs, branding, photos, videos, and digital materials, is the property of Miami Family Club unless otherwise stated and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miami Family Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of this website, participation in any program or event, travel arrangements, vendor services, cancellations, injuries, losses, or interruptions.
