Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 2026

Because Miami Family Club organizes community-based events, camps, travel, and group experiences, refund terms may vary depending on the specific program.

1. Membership

All membership purchases are non-refundable once purchased.

2. Events and Family Activities

Unless otherwise stated on the event registration page:

  • event registrations are generally non-refundable
  • transfers to another family or another event may be allowed at MFC’s discretion
  • if an event has a specific cancellation deadline, that deadline will control

3. Camps

Camp registrations, deposits, and balances may be subject to:

  • non-refundable deposits
  • administrative fees
  • cancellation deadlines specific to each camp program

If separate camp refund terms apply, those terms will be listed on the camp registration page and will override this general policy.

4. Travel / Cruises / Group Trips

All travel-related bookings are subject to supplier terms, hotel or resort policies, cruise line cancellation rules, tour operator policies, and the payment and refund rules of the specific booking.

Miami Family Club is not responsible for supplier cancellation penalties, airfare losses, travel interruptions, denied boarding, weather disruptions, visa/passport issues, or third-party policy changes.

5. If MFC Cancels a Program

If Miami Family Club cancels an event, camp, or program, participants may receive, at MFC’s discretion: a refund, a future credit, or a transfer to another event or program.

6. No-Shows

No-shows, missed attendance, late arrivals, or voluntary early departures are non-refundable.

7. Force Majeure

No refunds are guaranteed for circumstances outside MFC’s reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, natural events, travel disruptions, vendor cancellations, government restrictions, emergencies, illness outbreaks, or venue closures.

8. Processing

If a refund is approved, processing time may vary depending on payment method and third-party systems.
