Membership Terms

Miami Family Club Membership is an annual family membership program that provides access to club-related benefits and participation opportunities.

1. Membership Type

Membership is sold as an annual family membership.

2. Membership Benefits

Membership benefits may include:

• access to selected members-only events, trips, or camping programs
• early or priority registration
• member pricing on eligible programs
• loyalty or rewards opportunities, where available
• access to club offers or special opportunities

Benefits may be added, modified, or removed at any time.

3. Membership Does Not Guarantee Space

Membership does not guarantee availability in any event, camp, trip, or program. Separate registration and payment may still be required.

4. Non-Transferable

Membership is valid only for the registered household/family and may not be transferred, shared, resold, or reassigned.

5. Renewal

Membership is valid for one year from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

6. Non-Refundable

Membership fees are non-refundable.

7. Loyalty / Points (if enabled)

If Miami Family Club offers a loyalty or rewards program: points have no cash value, may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time. MFC reserves the right to adjust balances in cases of refunds, cancellations, misuse, or system error.

8. Community Standards

MFC reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership without refund if conduct is unsafe, abusive, inappropriate, fraudulent, or harmful to the community.

9. Changes to Program

Miami Family Club may update membership structure, pricing, benefits, and eligibility at any time.
