Photo & Media Consent

By attending or participating in Miami Family Club events, camps, trips, family activities, or community programs, you acknowledge and agree that photos and videos may be taken during participation.

These photos and videos may be used by Miami Family Club for:

• social media
• website content
• promotional materials
• marketing campaigns
• printed or digital advertising
• future event promotion

No compensation will be provided for such use.

If you do not wish for you or your child to appear in media content, you must notify Miami Family Club in writing in advance of the event or program where reasonably possible. Miami Family Club will make reasonable efforts to honor such requests but cannot guarantee exclusion in all group or public event settings.
