Participation Waiver & Assumption of Risk
Effective Date: April 2026
By registering for or participating in any Miami Family Club event, camp, trip, family outing, or activity, you acknowledge and agree that participation may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:
- physical activity
- outdoor environments
- water activities
- transportation
- travel-related risks
- weather conditions
- use of third-party venues or vendors
- interaction with other participants
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation for yourself and any minor children under your care.
You acknowledge that Miami Family Club is not a medical provider and does not provide insurance coverage for participants.
You agree that you are responsible for:
- determining whether participation is appropriate for yourself and your family
- supervising your child(ren) during family participation programs unless otherwise clearly stated
- informing MFC of any important medical, behavioral, or safety-related information where applicable
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Miami Family Club, its owners, contractors, team members, volunteers, partners, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from participation, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
